Steps:

1. Open your photo

2. make a copy (Ctrl+j)

  3.crop it

4.go to " creat a new fill or adjusment layer " and choose "black and white "

5.go again to " create a new fill or adjusment layer " and choose "curves" (look at the video in below)

6.Create a New layer

7.Select " Brush tool " color : black
 
Style of the brush Hard Rounded
 
8.Draw the parts that are transparent as like the video

make sure that : Flow : 100% and Opacity : 100%

9. Change the flow to : 50% and Opacity to : 20%

and draw under the neck and the places you want to make it little bit #darker

10.go to " #create #a #new #fill or #adjusment #layer " and choose " #solid #color " select " #white " color and change
Opacity to : 6%

In this video toturial i will show you how to make your writing or shape glowing in adobe photoshop.

Use Photoshop to build your own font from scratch, light it up and animate it for a neon effect.

Create a new document 550x550px in Photoshop, and bring up the grid by hitting cmd/ctrl+'. Create a new layer and with the Pen tool, sketch out your first letter. Leave gaps in the character, as this is going to be a neon-style typeface. Once you're happy, hit Stroke within the Paths tab to draw in the letter.

 Work through the alphabet

Create as many characters as you want, with the Pen on a new layer each time. If you want to, add in some special characters, such as currency symbols, punctuation and accented letters. Follow the same basic style that you started with, so your font is cohesive.
